We relish the rare opportunity to cook in such an extraordinary wine growing region. To reflect our admiration for and pride in our local bounty, our wine list focuses specifically on Oregon wines, with many selections coming from local, artisan producers.
We do not publish our wine list as individual selections are regularly arriving and selling out. We feature over 600 wines and our entire list is a selection of wine exclusively from Oregon dating back to 1991.

We welcome you to bring your own bottle of special wine when you dine with us. We charge a $20/750ml corkage fee.
Oregon Wine Country
From small beginnings in the 1960s, Oregon has grown to become a world-class wine producing state with more than 300 wineries, over 72 grape varieties, and 15 approved winegrowing regions. The Willamette Valley, Oregon’s largest American Viticultural Area (AVA), boasts over 10,000 acres of wine grapes, including six sub-appellations: Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge, Yamhill-Carlton District and Chehalem Mountains.
When it comes to wine, place matters. The French call the ability of place to affect the quality of both grapes and wine “terroir”.
Our cooking at the Joel Palmer House revolves around wild, Oregon mushrooms gathered by hand and many other locally produced ingredients, therefore the pairing of our dishes with wines from our local region creates a taste sensation that is unbeatable! We invite you to experience it for yourself.
