The Joel Palmer House is proud to support responsible food purveyors in our delicious part of the world, including Foods in Season, Maple Leaf Farms, Painted Hills Natural Beef, Sterling Caviar, Nicky USA, Graziano Foodservice, and Classic Foods, among others.

With every detail of our dining experience, we aim to give our guests the best. We source our Wagyu beef exclusively from registered Japanese cattle, fresh shellfish from the cold waters of the Pacific Northwest, and cage-free Moulard duck foie gras from Hudson Valley Foie Gras.
