All of our classic dishes like Joe's Wild Mushroom Soup, Heidi's Three Mushroom Tart, and Jack's Mushroom Stroganoff are staying on the menu. Other dishes are getting re-worked and refreshed. And some of my recipes are going on the menu and seasonal special list, (and with all these fresh shrooms to play with expect more to come!).
